Order states and delivery
Processing
When you make an order and paied, you will received an email with your order. And then the order will be in state called “Processing” for days, the time depends on when I deal with my online shop. For most orders, this state will continued for 3~7 days.
Shipped
After I processed your order, the order will be in the state “Shipped”. Also you will get another email with track id and a link to track your package. It means I have already packed your order and it is now on the way to your home. The whole delivery time will cost from 14 days to 28 days depends on where your address is. The package will ship from China Mainland and for most orders, the carrier company will be SF Express.
Cost of postage
I usually use SF Express to ship packages to the worldwide. For convenience of calculation, the postage simplified as a easy ladder price. Every item on this shop has a calculate unit, and regardless of destination (except South America and Africa), the postage is all 10 USD for first 1 unit and 5 USD for pre extra 0.4 unit.

There is an example. If you buy a SimPad 2 and 2 pairs of extra switches, the sum units is 0.56, so if ship to the US, the postage will be 10 USD.
